ERV created a pro forma and the equity financing package, which the buyers used to raise $4.5 million of equity in their purchase of a $21 million, 120,000 sf Seattle office building.

For a private Portland investor, ERV conducted the due diligence, financial modeling, and development planning for a 321-acre Kauai acquisition located near Poipu in the southern section of Kauai.
