The property is a one-story structure built in 1931 and expanded in 1947 on a 7,056 square foot lot in the heart of Los Angeles’ Silverlake neighborhood. The property was purchased in 2005. The acquisition was followed by a minor renovation for the newly created Cha Cha Lounge. ERV owns the real estate and operates the Cha Cha Lounge.
