Lynnwood Bowl & Skate is 24-lane bowling alley and a 10,000+ square foot indoor roller skating rink located on Highway 99 and 200th Street SW. The property also includes a bar, restaurant, and arcade. The one acre of structure is on four contiguous lots of over 3.3 acres. In 2006, ERV acquired and renovated the facility, which it currently operates.
